1. Types of Manuscripts Accepted

We welcome submissions in the following categories:

• Original Research Articles

• Review Articles

• Case Studies / Reports

• Short Communications

• Conference Proceedings (by invitation)

2. Manuscript Preparation

a) Format

• Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.

• Use Times New Roman, size 12, double-spaced throughout.

• Margins: 1 inch (2.5 cm) on all sides.

• File format: Microsoft Word (.docx).

b) Structure

Each manuscript should include the following sections in order:

1. Title Page

   • Title of the manuscript (concise and informative)

   • Author(s) full names and affiliations

   • Corresponding author’s email address

2. Abstract

   • Maximum 250 words

   • Structured with objectives, methods, results, and conclusions

   • Include 3–6 keywords

3. Introduction

   • Background and rationale of the study

   • State objectives or research questions clearly

4. Materials and Methods

   • Provide sufficient details for reproducibility

   • Mention ethical approval (if applicable)

5. Results

   • Present findings clearly with tables/figures as needed

6. Discussion

   • Interpret results, compare with existing literature, highlight significance

7. Conclusion

   • Brief summary and future recommendations

8. References

   • Follow APA 7th edition referencing style

3. Tables and Figures

• Must be numbered consecutively (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.)

• Provide descriptive captions below each figure and above each table

• Images should be of high resolution (minimum 300 dpi)

4. Plagiarism Policy

• Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.

• Submissions are screened using plagiarism detection software.

• Any manuscript with >15% similarity will be rejected.

5. Peer Review Process

• All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

• Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts before acceptance.

• Final decision rests with the Editorial Board.

6. Open Access Policy

BREN Journal is an open access journal. All published papers are freely available online, ensuring global visibility and impact.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

• Details of fees (if any) will be communicated on acceptance.

• Waivers may be available for authors from developing countries.
